...in the Matrix.
Also confirmed by the egg on the left.
This was a bad idea (it dropped the van's suspension about 4").
Same with this choice in footwear.
Girlpower moving 1 ton of feed (an E250 really can carry 2,000lbs w/ out a problem). Looks like fun,
but not really.
Goats make great indoor pets (until they decide to go poop).
Air traffic control can't keep up.
The duck house.
Trying to appreciate the difference in taste between a conventional broiler and a rooster with a monkey on my back.
Work being done in the lab (err, well yeah, you could call it a double wide trailer).
A chicken's version of the movie "The Island." They have no idea what's really going on.
It looks like it might be time for some extra calcium in the chicken feed. We added some oyster shell to our feed when we had an egg or two either without a shell or with a very soft shell. It looks like Mrs. Goze is working hard again. We need to see some photos of YOU working hard:)
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing your interesting stories. They are lots of fun to read and give a laugh or two also.
Thanks, lovely lady! I actually think this is due to the older hens molting again. I believe this can happen at the end of the egg cycle when molting starts, but the egg quantity and quality will pick back up after they are done. Now the pullets are starting so we have a lot of small eggs, but I have never seen such a small one as the one Trinity is holding. We had one that was almost as small once and it did not have a yolk in it. We haven't cracked open this one yet. (-Tonya)
